 A monkey hoist machine, also known as a monkey lift or builder hoist, is a compact and portable lifting device used primarily on construction sites for lifting materials to different floors or levels of a building under construction. It gets its name "monkey hoist" due to the machine's vertical lifting movement, somewhat resembling the nimble climbing of a monkey.

�� Basic Components:

1. Frame Structure – Usually made from mild steel or tubular steel for durability.

2. Electric Motor / Engine – Powers the hoist; commonly a 2-5 HP single or three-phase electric motor.

3. Drum & Wire Rope – Wire rope is wound onto a drum, which lifts or lowers the materials.

4. Pulley System – Helps redirect the wire rope and distribute load evenly.

5. Bucket or Platform – Holds the construction material (cement, bricks, sand, etc.).

6. Brake System – Ensures the hoist stays in place when not lifting/lowering.

7. Control Panel or Switch – For operating the up/down movement.
